Frames are a scourge devised by the Antichrist. I hated frames from the onset; Netscape 2 introduced frames in the newsreader (did they think they were being cool?), which rendered newsgroups almost unusable. I keep an old version of Netscape on my computer just to access frame-less, easy-to-read, easy-to-use newsgroups.

The site I visited fit the frames into a narrow
width, but once you linked to an area within a
frame, you couldn't go back within the frame to
link to another area. It was necessary to reload
the entire page, ALL frames, just to try another
link! What a huge pain, and waste of time! My
homemade page might be putzy, but there are NO
frames!

I think they suck. I hate them because when you go somewhere else and the other person's page come's with you. When you try to bookmark someone elses page you end up bookmarking the frames. Once again they SUCK. Thankyou.

Well, first I would like to say that your little tiny space at the top doesn't leave enough room for my NAME, and then I would like to add my voice to the millions already screaming "DAMN! MY BROWSER JUST CRASHED AGAIN!" And what for, I ask you? You , the innocent surfer, the abject masses just wanting a little time away from this madcape world to watch in mindless joy the little words scolling across you computer screen in the dim light of computer labs and back rooms across the globe? What's it all about? Big companies wanting another little "extra", another puch for their lame product that we, the consumer, don't want and never asked for...but do they listen. DO THEY LISTEN??? No. Instead, while out trusting litte mice patter about in the in web of internet, clicking on harmless links, leading to what we thought was a friendly, nice little place that teaches us how to get money out of phones...we are attacked, nah, I say AMBUSHED by the evil frame. Hunted down and killed, shut down, refused by all connections. Alas, poor hard drive, I knew him well...Oh, and a nice link.

Frames are a pain. When I enter a page with frames, i cant follow a logical
path anymore, because im stuck in the middle

I hate frames that have no use but to display some banner or some dumb thingie but I dont hate all frames like the one at www.rap.org in their lyrichal archive that one helps you navigate but thats all I have to say about that.
