You know what the _worst_ use for frames is:
those thrice-be-damned advertising boxes that
follow you around a site, eating up bandwidth
as they load huge animated GIF's telling you
how you can 'SAVE MONEY ON LONG DISTANCE! QUICK!'
or 'WIN A FREE TRIP TO TIMBUKTU!'. Fight the
Partitions, man! :P

I hate frames! I have for a year.
The ONLY good frames are floating frames. No, seriously, they're an internet explorer feature that make frames that are actually JUST EMBEDDED PAGES! Cool, huh? AND you just diable them by SCROLLING! See, isn't this a cool frame?!

I would like to see a version of Netscape that
allows you to reject frames, just as you can
reject Java and Cookies. Most of the sites
that have frames do so because they don't have
any decent content.

I can take two frames. But I go bananas everytime I see those pages with three, four, five or more frames. And when the homepageowner can't use them properly, it's even worse. When I see a framesite, I immediate reaction is clicking on the stop or back-button! Gee, I hate frames!

Frames are hurtful. Some people just don't have the monitor
and connection capabilities of others. I just want other
hardwarely challenged people out there to know that we care for
them and feel their needs. The fact that I don't have problems
