I feel bad. I had to resort to frames to get full marks on my homepage assignment. However, I admantley stand by the fact that frames blow. I plan on keeping my main "homie" page frame free. Of course, it will be full of useless crap, but not useless frames.

Frames violate every sense of style. They take away from what is free. You can not use boxes and rectangles to create something that looks good. Letting someone design with frames is like giving a five year old a working nuclear missle.

There are two sides on the "frames/no frames" issue: those who don't know any better and those who are right. I have never heard of nor will ever hear of someone with a lot of net experience that likes frames. Also, notice how there isn't any "I love frames" clubs (well, maybe one somewhere on GeoCities).

Since noone seem to know how to make pages using frames you never know what will happen when you follow a link on a framed-site. Frames also makes it harder to link to the page you want.
