Well, they suck.
And it's so much fun to have to click on random parts of the screen to return you a previous frame you were on that doesn't connect back to the one you came from.

Yeah, let's have a way to make the web almost totally unnavigable! and let's put that eye candy in as little a space as possible! You want to browse the web with Windows CE??? Well, I don't want to see the web in that little space!

Frames are ok when they are tastefully done, but too many times they aren't.
What is with those sites that have something like 5 or 6 frames for useless info? there's a frames for links to other parts of the site (that's ok) but the rest drives me insane!

Frames suck out loud. They're a useless, stupid, and inconsiderate-to-the-user pain in the ass. I cringe when I go to a site and "frames" start loading. Half of the time they crash my browser (Netscape) and I detest haviing to go back and forth on a scroll bar to see the entire contents of a "frame" - especially when reading something legnthy.

AHH! There are way too many BAD things to say about them to fit into one e-mail!! Frames stink! OYu have to continouously scroll from left to right from left to right over and over again, just to read 4 or 5lines of text when in a frame!! FRAMES SUCK!!!!!!
