Frames suck. I've been at WBS for over a year now, and they began having the option to use frames soon after I joined. I tried it. I hated it. We Old Ones at WBS realize that quality doesn't mean using all the pretty little effects that HTML allows. Especially if they're hazardous to browser efficiency specifically and humanity in general.

As a webmistress I think Frames should be outlawed. They annoying
