I've yet to see a frame site, out of thousands that I have visited, that needed the frames. I have seen dozens of frames where the intended material didn't fit, and the frame size couldn't be adjusted. I have had browser crashes because of frames. The ONLY good use of fames has been to allow a midi to play while surfing a site, and that could be accomplished by having the midi open in a separate window.

A friend of mine told me about FRAMES.
He said everybody was using them, and he'd been secretly hooked on 'em for months. So I used one once, at it made me feel sick! I even threw up!
FRAMES are bad --- I wouldn't use FRAMES.
