Actually I am only a computer NOVICE and I have
NO clue how to do frames. I will learn how to do
frames just to get the skill. But I won't make
frames now that I know it slows down the downloading?
I have 5 new home pages to create next month.'I
am a banner junkie and I love all kinds of banners
on my home page. It gives visitors and me a chance
to connect to this I HATE Frames club etc.. there
are so many links and things to explore on each
title by just clicking on the banner.
I like to hear from all of you:computer GURUS
or Mac users/experts? Visit my home page and
maybe vote for my page ,too . I modify it
every night now that I am an official member of

if you don't use the same exact resolution

The things are so damend annyoing. I once went to this page where evertime I clicked on a link in the frame, it respawned itself. I had eight identical frames going across the page. Frames blow.

All right all right I admit it. I have used frames. Oh boy have I used frames! I've been seduced by their
subtle rectangularity. I have lingered over their multiple scrollbars. I have even provided links without TARGET="_TOP" option just so
people would stay longer.

Sure as hell screws with the screen size available
for viewing stuff, 'specially with only a 640x480
display. That, and the old Netscape that ALWAYS
worked for me didn't do frame pages, be that good
or bad, dunno. Messes with the 'back' command
also, that pisses me off too.

of this club members? When I see: View/document
source, I see the HTML tag: FRAMES !! can any
member explain this?
I learn one thing from this club:that frames
slow down the download. Is it as slow as 3D
icons or slower download??
