Results: Interactive television The most recent poll at wwwVOice asked, "Do you think the web will one day become interactive television?" More than 50% of the polltakers felt that it wasn't gonna happen. The remaining votes were almost split with 26% saying "Yes, and that would suck" and 24% saying "Yes, and that would be nifty" Not a single vote came in saying "Hey, what's this TV thing everybody keeps talking about?" Indicating that the general public is much better informed than the media gives us credit for.
Results: What is the point of having a homepage? 43% said that homepages create a "Global Jam Session" and define the web. 22% claimed that it gives them a place to store their MIDI files. 21% say that there is no point to having a homepage and pulling up the rear at 10% were voters that felt homepages were for posting resumes. Party? ...Work? ...Party? ...Work?.......DUH!
Results: What if the hokey pokey *is* what it is all about? The results for this most important of polls have indicated that 50% of all polltakers would rather just push the button than dance. Thank goodness, only 7% felt that life as we know it would cease to exist.
