Title: "Spnew"
Spanky has apperently felt that placing her hed on the picture helps intensifie the desired "new" effect. A hand drawn exclamation point as opposed to using a font, gives this picture a scetchy more aurtistic look. Also notice how thw "W" is less colored than the other letters.
