Newt gingrich seems to be the prominant feeture on this batton by Don Jolley. Don has cleaverly turned the word "new" into the word "newt" by simply adding an extra letter. This is the type of thing that could help promaote Newts fading careere, so there may have been some sort of payoff involved.
